Privacy and confidentiality of the Learner will be respected based on the "German Federal Data Protection Law” and the German Broadcast Media Act (TMG). As required by the German Medical Association, ENeA has appointed a data protection law officer to make sure the e-learning program is adhering to the standards set forth by the Data Protection Law and the clauses of the Medical Association.
The ENeA e-learning site is secured via SSL and via reCAPTCHA. We also make sure that only real persons people access the site and not automated (SPAM-)bots. rLearners are able to edit their profile and decide which contact and communication settings they want to implement
